The inspection report was very well done and the photos within are excellent. I am pleased to be able to visualize all of inspected areas. You were a fine and pleasant person to work with, it was obvious that you love this work and honestly care about the consumer's concerns. Thank you for a job well done Kerry!! I assure you I will sing your praises to anyone who will listen. I told Randy, even before you were done your inspection this was money well spent--knowledge is valuable and a person cannot put a price on peace of mind. I will rest easy knowing there are no major concerns listed in the inspection report. (Aside from the mold in the garage & the central air emergency shut off switch) 
 
I believe you went beyond your required duties to share your additional knowledge and offer fine suggestions. I am VERY pleased with your service and the findings have been documented in a very simple yet highly professional manner. Thank you again!

After having our house on the market for a few months, we had finally gotten a confirmed offer and sale with a really quick possession date.  That meant we needed to find another house and fast!  Lucky for us, we had been referred to Kerry by another satisfied customer and so we gave him a call.  Kerry was more than willing to work around our schedule.  He was extremely thorough and took the time to go through all the issues he found with the house.  He even went so far as to provide easy solutions!  If we ever do look at buying another house again, we would definitely use his services.

It's formatted in a very good manner, organized and easy to read. I also like the library reference, which will surely come in handy.

I had Kerry Knapp come and complete a home inspection for me recently. I was very pleased with the level of service and detail in which the inspection was completed. Kerry did a very thorough job and was very helpful in explaining any problems with the house. I found he did a very good job letting us know what problems were of minor or major concern. I would recommend Kerry to anyone inquiring on a home inspection.

I recently purchased a home, and before buying I had Kerry Knapp do a home inspection.  I was very pleased with the inspection and felt that Kerry did a very thorough job.  During the inspection, Kerry took the time to explain what he noticed, what items were minor, and what items might need more attention.  Following the home inspection, I also received a detailed electronic report that was complete with pictures.  He has also made himself available if other questions or concerns arise. 
Kerry is very knowledgeable and friendly.  I would recommend Kerry as a home inspector to anyone that was purchasing a home.
